Mayo Clinic’s Top 10 Foods

Make sure you check “Blogroll” and view Mayo Clinic’s Slide Show of their Top 10 Foods. This was my starting point for determining the best foods to include in my diet. My preferred list of foods is now at about 100 based on reviewing many other sources.

I’ll add more on my thought process as time goes by. For example, I try to have the following foods daily: apple, almonds, carrots, celery, garlic, olive oil, onions, and orange.
