Ritz Fitz (Oven-Fried Sole Fillets)

Put some “soul” in your “sole” … or at least soda crackers!

It was very easy to make and the taste was excellent, thanks to its unique breading of crushed crackers, grated Parmesan cheese, dried basil, dried oregano and garlic powder.
