Daily Serving Recommendations per Meal for 1800 Calories

Mayo Clinic recommends the servings on the Total line. I have broken them down into sub-totals for each meal based on what seems to suit my lifestyle. I use an Excel spreadsheet to monitor how I am doing against these targets by meal each day.
